About The Role
This principal-level, individual contributor role involves driving product strategy and execution of the digital lending experience for SVB's commercial division. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital lending solutions, strong storytelling and influence skills, and a robust product management background with expertise in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile methodologies.

Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or quantitative field with 6+ years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of experience. 8+ years in Product Management or Management Consulting in Technology or Financial Services, focusing on lending.
Preferred: Master's Degree/MBA, Management Consulting experience, 5+ years launching and scaling lending products (preferably in FinTech), strong relationship-building, analytical, strategic, and design-thinking skills.
The base salary ranges from $162,000 to $191,000, with total compensation potentially including bonuses and benefits. Benefits details are available at https://jobs.firstcitizens.com/benefits.
