The Senior leader will build and scale a high-performing commercial organization, align go-to-market processes, and drive data-informed decisions while integrating AI tools into GTM workflows to accelerate growth.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Revenue/Commercial Operations
• 5+ years leading multi-function teams
• Track record of scaling a B2B commercial org through hypergrowth
• Fluency in long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple buyers

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Commercial Operations org, set the commercial operating rhythm.
• Be the single source of truth on commercial performance, turn data into decisions.
• Drive the GTM systems roadmap and bring in AI and automation.

• Fluency in long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple buyers.

Nice to have:

• Experience with multi-product or platform pricing and packaging.
• Experience bringing AI tooling into GTM workflows.
