Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Director of Commercial Operations to lead the DSO commercial operating system from the on-site Brea office. You will shape governance, risk, and performance management while partnering with SAMs and OpCo leaders to drive growth and profitability across the DSO portfolio.

The role focuses on enterprise execution, analytics, field enablement, and governance to translate strategy into disciplined action and measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations or related leadership roles.
• 10+ years of leadership building teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term commercial operating model for the DSO business.
• Own executive-level reporting, MORs/QORs/CORs, forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Drive enterprise account planning, customer engagement strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement, governance, and operating discipline across DSO.
• Partner with leaders to accelerate growth, improve retention, and ensure execution.
