- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate commercial expectations into demand assumptions that inform production and inventory planning.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy, investigate changes in customer demand, and identify potential risks or upside early.
- Build scenario models to assess how changes in volume, pricing, product mix, and timing affect revenue, margins, and operating plans.
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for operating expenses and headcount alongside commercial planning.
Build visibility into sales performance
- Develop sales KPIs and dashboards covering revenue attainment, growth, gross margin, customer and product mix, sales productivity, and forecast accuracy.
- Prepare commercial performance reviews that explain results against plan and highlight priorities for Sales leadership.
- Turn complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations for nonfinancial audiences.

Connect commercial results to overall business performance
- Support month-end close and reporting, with visibility across the full P&L.

- Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
