Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Commercial Effectiveness initiatives that align strategy, planning, incentives, tools, and field execution.
• Translate commercial and supplier priorities into clear execution standards, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Serve as a strategic partner to regional and market leadership, enabling strong execution through structure, clarity, and insight.
• Act as an execution control point across planning, performance management, and commercial operations.
• Establish and maintain commercial planning governance, operating cadences, and execution frameworks.
• Ensure consistent adoption of planning processes, execution standards, and performance management practices across regions; identify execution risks and develop mitigation strategies.
