Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in beauty product development, commercialization, or development operations.
• Strong understanding of how formulas, packaging, testing, and manufacturing come together.
• Experience running daily development operations across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of Color and Skincare development programs with clear timelines.
• Manage packaging development, including renovations, shading, and portfolio updates.
• Maintain a master project list for cross-functional visibility on status and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities; propose solutions with options and implications.
