Job summary

Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead innovation and launch programs from concept to production startup. You will own formula and shade development across lip, eye, and cheek products, turning brand strategy into high-performing cosmetics for artists and everyday wearers.

You will collaborate with the VP of Product Development, Marketing, Operations and Regulatory, and manage vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of product development experience in beauty.
• Proven track record taking products from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new color cosmetics concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead formula and shade development with labs and contract manufacturers.
• Oversee testing, regulatory alignment and claims substantiation.
• Own launches from concept to production startup and post-launch optimization.
• Lead and coach junior team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
