Job summary

Qualifications

12+ years of leadership in consumer finance.
5+ years of managing collections, asset recovery and financial recoveries.
Director level experience overseeing leaders and enterprise outcomes.
3+ years building and using advanced behavioral data modeling and internal/vendor tech.
5+ years delivering technology and data initiatives; experience in agile methodologies.
Ability to balance customer outcomes with financial and risk discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategies to minimize losses on consumer receivables and vehicle assets.
Own end-to-end delinquency management, collections, and post charge-off recovery performance.
Develop data-driven treatment strategies including scoring, segmentation and engagement.
Partner with Risk Management to build predictive models and define delinquency strategies.
Oversee channels, platforms, and technology, plus vendor performance and governance.
Establish OKRs, KPIs and talent frameworks; foster a high-performance culture.
