Job summary

Celero Communications, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to build and lead the global go-to-market strategy for our coherent DSP and optical networking product line from Irvine HQ or remote.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will bridge advanced chip design with global market adoption, draft technical whitepapers, launch campaigns, and secure anchor customer design wins with Hyperscalers and module makers.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or business development in coherent DSP and optical networking.
• Deep understanding of DSP architectures and optical module ecosystems.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and execute with limited infrastructure.
• Experience launching or engaging customers globally.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision, business cases, and product roadmap based on market data and ROI.
• Develop pricing strategies, margin targets, and go-to-market plans.
• Translate complex DSP architecture into high-impact value propositions for executives.
• Lead global campaigns and secure anchor customer design wins with Hyperscalers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, supply chain, and sales to deliver on time.
