Job summary

This hybrid role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive planning excellence and business results. Responsibilities include shaping integrated planning, managing stock targets, and driving cross-functional SBOP processes while developing talent and systems to sustain service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Advanced integrated planning and S&OP experience required.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage direct and indirect staff and mentor teams.
• Experience with demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand, supply, inventory, and production plans for Coffee business at JM Smucker sites and co-manufacturers.
• Lead cross-functional S&OP processes to balance service, cost, and risk.
• Set safety stock and cycle stock targets; optimize capacity and deployment planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations to execute plans and improve systems.
• Coach and develop talent to build a world class integrated planning organization.
