Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Co. in Orrville, OH is seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning for Coffee to lead demand, supply, inventory and production planning across company sites and co-manufacturers.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to drive S&OP, optimize inventory and deliver service targets while advancing planning capabilities in a hybrid work model (onsite a minimum of 9 days per month).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 10 years of related experience.
• Advanced experience in integrated business planning and S&OP.
• Experience leading master schedules for large SKU mixes across locations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel roughly 10% of time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive integrated planning across demand, supply, inventory and production for Coffee.
• Lead centralized planning for operations and co-manufacturers to meet targets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to create annual/seasonal inventory plans.
• Improve planning processes, safety stock, cycle stock, and S&OP execution.
• Coach and build a world-class integrated planning team.
