The Director will guide external consultants, develop performance metrics, oversee budgeting, and translate complex technical data into clear guidance for diverse audiences amid climate risk.

Qualifikationen

• Valid NYS Professional Engineer license; 6+ years of engineering/administrative experience.
• Engineering discipline: chemical, civil, environmental, electrical, or mechanical.
• At least 2 years in executive, managerial, or administrative capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience with coastal flood risk modeling and data analytics.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple NYC agencies and with USACE.
