Job summary

Hain Celestial seeks a Director of Co-Manufacturing to lead North American external manufacturing networks, drive performance, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, R&D, Commercial and Finance to optimize capacity, costs, and service levels across external partners.

Responsibilities include strategy development, partner governance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth, product availability, and margin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, or co-manufacturing roles.
• Experience managing third‑party manufacturers and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of metrics, budgets, and performance improvements.
• Ability to influence across Procurement, Quality, R&D, Commercial, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American co-manufacturing strategy.
• Govern third-party manufacturing partners and platforms.
• Own co-manufacturer performance across service, cost, quality, and continuity.
• Maintain relationships with partners and lead executive reviews as needed.
• Ensure capacity to meet current demand, new product launches and growth.
• Partner with Procurement on supplier selection, contracts and pricing.
