Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience leading content management strategy, governance, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with digital transformation and system optimization in regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the CMC content management strategy across the lifecycle.
• Establish governance, standards, and SOPs for content creation, review, and reuse.
• Lead process improvement to reduce duplication and improve efficiency.
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards for content performance and maturity.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders on digital tool enablement.
