Ladders, a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech, seeks a Director of Clinical Science to shape and execute clinical science activities across studies supporting safety, efficacy, and regulatory strategy.

Remote opportunity for US-based candidates. You will partner with cross-functional teams, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance objectives in a regulated development environment. Strong storytelling for regulatory submissions is essential.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in Life Sciences required.
• 6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with clinical trials and data analyses.
• INDs/NDAs/BLAs experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing clinical studies and data analyses.
• Report clinical trial data for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Clinical Science to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will help shape and execute clinical science activities across studies that support safety, efficacy, and regulatory strategy. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams, alliance partners, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance clinical and scientific objectives in a highly regulated development environment. It is a strong fit for a senior clinical scientist who can contribute to study design, regulatory documentation, and scientific communications that support development milestones.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $206,000 – $268,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing clinical studies and data analyses.
• Report clinical trial data for safety and efficacy.

• 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with clinical trials and studies required; human pharmacology studies preferred.
• Strong background in contributing to INDs, NDAs, and BLAs strongly preferred.
