Job summary

Ochsner Health in New Orleans seeks a senior leader to oversee the strategic planning, administration, and operation of all clinical research activities in the center of excellence. Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (24/7, weekend, holiday, on call).

Responsibilities

Oversees quality and service through oversight of policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
Ensures financial stability.
Develops strategic business plans that support growth.
Manages, develops, retains and inspires an engaged workforce.
Supports technology infrastructure and system improvement.
Performs other related duties as required.
