Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical degree required and board-eligible/certified in oncology.
• Proven leadership in an oncology research program within a large health system.
• Experience in multi-site collaborations and translational research.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of oncology COE research activities.
• Represent Ochsner Cancer Institute Research in meetings and collaborations.
• Lead partnerships with institutions (e.g., NCI-designated centers) and pharma trials.
• Monitor research budgets, resources, and compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Foster relationships between physician leadership and research administration.
