Job summary

Signet Health Corporation, in partnership with Ozarks Healthcare, seeks an Administrative Director of Behavioral Health Service Line in West Plains, MO. Lead inpatient, outpatient, crisis, and consultative BH services, engage physicians, and drive service-line growth.

Requires a master’s degree in healthcare or related field, 10+ years in BH operations with 5+ in a director role, and strong budgeting, regulatory and process-improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
• Nursing degree and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• 10+ years progressive behavioral health ops experience, 5+ in a director role.
• Experience managing physician relationships and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Missouri regulatory requirements for behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the Behavioral Health Service Line across inpatient, outpatient, crisis and consultative services.
• Advance physician engagement and recruit behavioral health professionals.
• Oversee business development, marketing and growth for the service line.
• Develop and implement operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality measures and accreditation standards.
