Job summary

Liquidia Corporation is seeking a Director/Assoc. Director of Program Management to lead cross-functional development plans for pulmonary hypertension programs. You will co-lead with internal and external partners, oversee budgets, schedules, and regulatory readiness across IND to NDA/BLA and global launch phases.

The role emphasizes strong matrix leadership, vendor oversight, and proactive risk mitigation to keep development programs on a commercial track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with matrix management.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) preferred.
• Experience with program management from IND to NDA/BLA and global launch.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry with cross-functional interdependencies.
• Experience managing integrated timelines and resources across concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross-functional development plans at strategic and tactical levels.
• Escalate risk to senior management and implement mitigation strategies.
• Plan with end in mind to ensure commercial viability across the product life cycle.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, build dashboards, provide status updates.
• Assist budgeting and track study budgets to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and quality trends for readiness and compliance.
