Job summary

The role oversees clinical pharmacology activities, mentors junior scientists, and drives SOP development across all clinical development stages. You will interact with pharmacometrics, biomarker, and other teams to optimize studies and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacology with extensive leadership experience.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical pharmacology across development stages.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacology strategies across multiple projects.
• Review regulatory filings and contribute to PK/PD analyses.
• Mentor junior scientists and grow the QTR function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs.
