Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. seeks a Clinical Pharmacology Lead within the Quantitative Pharmacology group (QTR) to guide drug development through PK/PD strategy, dose selection, and regulatory support.

You will mentor scientists, shape SOPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance early- to late-stage programs. You will oversee pre-IND through phase 3 activities, review PK/PD analyses, and help translate data into actionable development plans.

Formación

• PhD in Clinical Pharmacology (or related) with 12+ years in the field.
• Experience in early-phase protocol development is a plus.
• Extensive experience developing and executing clinical pharmacology strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead clinical pharmacology strategy across all development stages.
• Oversee PK/PD reports and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior scientists in Quantitative Pharmacology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (toxicology, DMPK, biomarker, bioanalytical).
• Develop SOPs and cross-functional working processes.
• Interact with BD opportunities and go/no-go decisions.
