Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Clinical Pharmacology to lead CP strategy across development programs. The role focuses on PK/PD analysis, model-informed drug development, and regulatory interactions, guiding decisions from pre-NME to post-marketing support.

The candidate will manage CPP study design, oversee analyses, and mentor junior leaders, with travel up to 5% and collaboration across CDT teams in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced PK/PD modeling and translational science expertise.
• Strong leadership and mentoring of junior staff.
• Expertise in US/Global regulatory requirements for CPP.
• Experience with NONMEM, PK-PD, PBPK or related tools preferred.

Responsabilités
