Job summary

BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director or Director of Clinical Outsourcing to own end‑to‑end management of CRO and vendor relationships across BBOT’s oncology programs. Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or operations.
• Experience in CRO contracting, budgeting, and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements for outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute BBOT’s outsourcing strategy and vendor model.
• Lead CRO/vendor selection, RFPs/RFIs, and bid defense processes.
• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and change orders; manage lifecycle and compliance.
• Establish vendor governance, KPIs, scorecards, and regular performance reviews.
