Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director Clinical Scientist to contribute to the execution of the clinical development plan for candidate drugs.

This role collaborates with Project Leaders and Medical Directors to operationalize studies and monitor data in real time to ensure trial integrity. You will review medical data, prepare regulatory documents, and work in a multidisciplinary environment with clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory, and other functions to

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with 5+ years pharma clinical development experience.
• Strong organizational and data management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence decisions within a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical data reviews for quality and patient safety.
• Author and review clinical study documents and regulatory submissions.
• Generate outputs and interpretations for internal/external meetings and analyses.
• Coordinate study team meetings and present data to boards, investigators and committees.
• Collaborate with Biostatistics, PV and other stakeholders on study outputs.

Skills
