Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations in Monmouth Junction, NJ, to lead planning, execution and daily operations of studies, manage cross-functional teams, and align with timelines, budgets and quality standards.

The role requires 7+ years in clinical development/operations, CRO/vendor oversight, and strong CFR/ICH-GCP knowledge; hybrid work with local NJ office access is expected. Salary range reflects senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field.
• 7+ years in clinical development/operations, including study management.
• Experience supervising CROs/vendors through study lifecycles.
• Strong knowledge of CFR, EUCTD, ICH-GCP and FDA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of one or more complex programs or studies within budget and timelines.
• Serve as operational contact for portfolio leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to program strategy and data reporting for study delivery.
• Manage vendor governance, CRO selection and ongoing oversight of vendors.
