Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director or Director, Clinical Operations to oversee planning, execution and daily operations of one or more studies, or a portfolio, with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role guides program/study operational strategies, budget considerations and vendor management. Responsibilities include executive updates to senior management, study documents review, and active involvement in CRO/vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field and a minimum of 7 years in clinical development and/or operations, with leadership responsibility.
• Hands-on experience in early phase clinical studies (Phase I–III).
• Experience supervising or overseeing CROs and other clinical trial vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs planning, execution and daily operations of studies or portfolios.
• Provides direction to Clinical Operations team and develops operational strategies including budget implications.
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality program delivery and communicates with portfolio leaders.
• Manages sponsor oversight of monitoring visits and site-related activities; participates in vendor governance and CRO selection.
