Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a strategic leader to transform Medline University (MU), an online platform delivering healthcare education. You’ll shape customer education, thought leadership, industry partnerships and clinical content in collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and medical affairs to create scalable digital, self-service and onsite curriculums aligned to business priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Healthcare or online education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic MU marketing plans, tactics, and processes that promote growth of MU user base and offerings.
• Establish a multi-year customer education roadmap across categories and care settings to ensure content meets target audiences.
• Lead development of a centralized clinical education content strategy (digital, virtual, online, and in-person).
• Develop strategic relationships with healthcare associations and thought leaders to guide education strategies.
• Collaborate with customer service to onboard new accounts and resolve daily platform issues.
