Job description

We are seeking an experienced Director for Sober Living to lead and manage our sober living programs in New York State.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge, particularly in the management of multiple homes and programs for individuals suffering from substance abuse and / or mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of sober living homes and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and guidelines.
• Manage a team to provide top-notch care and support to residents.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program policies and procedures.
• Ensure seamless program coordination across multiple homes.

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in sober living or a related field, specifically in New York State .
• Expertise in running multiple homes and programs.
• In-depth knowledge of reimbursement processes for housing individuals suffering from substance abuse and / or mental health disorders, either as a Non-Profit or For-Profit entity.
• Expertise in one is mandatory, both is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
