As The Director, Client Partner-Enterprise You Will
  • Client Management & Leadership: Lead a portfolio of clients, ensure strategic alignment, build trust with senior stakeholders, and partner with internal leadership to resolve escalations and facilitate timely solutions. Identify opportunities to connect with key client stakeholders and influence change.
  • Client Onboarding & Transitions: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential with new strategies and ideas. Collaborate with ad ops teams to meet tracking and operational requirements.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members, conduct regular 1:1 meetings, manage client relationships, foster team growth, and stay current with industry trends through continuous learning.
  • Business Acumen and Financial KPIs: Work with leadership to meet financial targets, optimize staffing, and manage client margins.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Keep abreast of industry trends, implement innovative tactics, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Education: Empower clients with knowledge to reinforce trust and strategic decision-making.
  • Industry & Channel Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and channel strategies to align recommendations with client goals.
Professional Qualifications
  • 10+ years in client delivery roles with a successful campaign track record.
  • Management experience required.
  • Expertise across multiple digital platforms; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and leverage analytics for marketing decisions.
  • Strong computer skills: Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
