The iLUKA Collective in Los Angeles seeks a Director, Client Operations to lead the operational functions for a dedicated client programme at global sports events. You will plan transport, logistics, ticketing, IT/infrastructure and accommodation while ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to guest care procedures.

Formación

• Experience in operational planning for Olympic Games or mega events.
• Senior leadership experience in event operations and client programmes.
• Strong ability to manage transport, logistics and accommodation planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute an end-to-end operations plan for the client programme.
• Coordinate transport, logistics, ticketing, IT/infrastructure and accommodation.
• Lead functional teams and manage budgets and schedules on site.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Production on timelines and costs.
• Deliver daily operational updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
