This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders.

Reporting to the VP, this individual will drive operational excellence, enhance client experience, and scale onboarding capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Experience working in fintech, wealth management, or SaaS environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects, from scoping through post-launch stabilization
• Translate business objectives into structured project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Provide both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, including status updates, issue resolution, and strategic alignment
• Partner closely with implementation consultants, product, operations, and leadership teams
• Align internal resources and priorities to support successful project delivery
• Ensure seamless coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement of onboarding methodologies
• Standardize best practices, tools, and frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding and improve time-to-value for clients
