Job summary

SMArtX Advisory Solutions, based in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a Client Success Manager to drive day-to-day execution of client relationships across Enterprise and Independent RIAs, FinTechs, Asset Managers, TAMPs, and Custodians. You will coordinate between the VP, Onboarding, and Client Support to keep processes and communications moving smoothly.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into action, tracking commitments to closure, and surfacing issues before escalations.

Qualifications

Strong project and process management skills across multiple workstreams.
Working knowledge of Managed Accounts, UMAs, TAMPs, and FinTech platform concepts.
Comfort operating in Jira/Confluence to log requests and track status.
Excellent written and verbal communication to update clients and stakeholders.
Ability to identify process gaps and design practical automation solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for an assigned book of accounts.
Bridge communications between Onboarding, Client Support, and the client.
Track and manage open action items and commitments for each account.
Monitor onboarding requests, support tickets, and pricing items; report to VP.
Prepare status materials and briefing notes for client meetings.
