Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline through market relationships, existing clients, and referrals.
• Lead discovery conversations and shape client needs into practical engagement approaches.
• Develop scopes, proposals, resourcing, and pricing models that support margin objectives.
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery and identify follow-on opportunities.
• Oversee BLISS and LINKS planning and delivery.
• Lead the Knowledge & Research Services thought leadership agenda with content, presentations, and webinars.
• Build relationships with library, research, knowledge, and innovation leaders.
• Represent Harbor at industry events, client meetings, and roundtables.
