Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in Stamford, CT seeks a Director to lead day-to-day client operations across Patient Access, Health Information Management, and Patient Financial Services, driving policy development and initiatives to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

You will build executive-level relationships, coordinate with the CFO and client leadership, monitor performance, and guide teams and vendors to deliver measurable results, while traveling as required.

Qualifications

• Legally required license/certification for field (CRCR or equivalent).
• 3–5 years leadership experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willing to relocate to Stamford, CT area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client operations for revenue cycle activities across Patient Access, HIM and Patient Financial Services.
• Lead policy development and initiatives for acute or physician revenue cycle activities with outsourced vendors and in-house functional areas.
• Build and nurture relationships with client leadership; meet client performance expectations.
• Communicate payer policy changes, regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate monthly client meetings to review performance and opportunities for improvement.
