NOW CFO in Denver seeks a Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and shape the Denver consulting practice. You will advise CEOs and private equity sponsors while coaching the next generation of consultants, with the autonomy of an advisory practice and the backing of a PE-backed firm.

The role blends client delivery with team development, including scoping engagements, staffing plans, and proposals, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a consulting, advisory, or outsourced finance capacity.
• Strong track record of managing multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships and engagements.
• Mentor and develop the Denver consulting team.
• Lead scoping, staffing, and proposals for new engagements.
• Oversee client financial operations including reporting and forecasting.
