Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service is seeking a full-time Director, Civil Engineer Squadron (NH-1601-04) to lead the squadron at Hill AFB, Layton, UT. The role includes directing the operation, maintenance, and repair of critical Air Force facilities and equipment, with responsibility for subordinate flights and leadership reporting to senior management.

Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, and pass a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Security clearance: obtain & maintain.
• This is a designated Drug Testing Position.
• Pre-employment physical may be required.
• Travel to military and remote sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directs operation, maintenance, and repair of Air Force facilities and RPIE of significant value.
• Directs work activities through subordinate supervision and leads.
• Provides advice, accountability, and expertise to senior leadership on a continuous basis.
• Travels to remote geographically separated units within UT, NV, and WY as needed.
