Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BSc or equivalent required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant Change Management leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading Change Management CoE, PMO, or transformation Office.
• Certified change management (Prosci/CCMP/ACMP) preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve change management methodologies, playbooks, and tools.
• Develop an integrated GD-wide change management strategy aligned to GD/R&D priorities.
• Partner with Communications CoE to align messaging and channels.
• Invest in talent and culture; build internal change capability and practitioner community.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, and benchmarking of change health across portfolios.
