Responsibilities

• Lead external manufacturing spend within IM External Manufacturing for Biotherapeutics/Synthetics.
• Develop and execute category plans; manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and other teams to meet capacity and innovation needs.
• Drive value via supplier collaboration, cost improvements and risk mitigation.
• Mentor a high-performance team and ensure financial stewardship and compliance.
