Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Change Management BGIA to lead the Change Management CoE for Global Development. The role oversees strategy, governance, and execution of change initiatives across GD, partnering with therapeutic areas and functional leaders to align priorities with R&D, while championing adoption and capability building.

Located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or Spring House, PA, the Director influences senior stakeholders, drives disciplined execution, and maintains

Qualifications

BA/BSc or equivalent required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Active certification in change management preferred / demonstrated experience acceptable.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience leading large-scale change programs.
Deep understanding of drug development and the pharmaceutical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and evolve GD's change management methodology, playbooks, and measures of success.
Operate a scalable support model for change delivery and adoption.
Build change capabilities across GD through coaching and communities of practice.
Define scalable structures, tools, and governance for change delivery.
