Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Director, CEO Office to partner with the CEO and elevate the LT's effectiveness across R&D, CARVYKTI performance, and corporate functions. You will shape strategy, drive priorities, and ensure execution from idea to results.

This role focuses on cross-functional steering, board materials in English and Chinese, and AI-enabled workflows. On-site in Bridgewater, NJ with travel as needed; after three years, potential move into a commercial leadership track.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Engagement Manager level)
• 1–2 years industry experience in pharma/biotech (strategy, commercial or medical)
• Fluent professional English and Mandarin Chinese, written and spoken
• Solid science background: degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or bioengineering
• Experience supporting a CEO or executive team on strategy, planning or transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refresh of the corporate strategy, long-range plan and annual priorities.
• Prepare the CEO's board, LT and strategic decision materials in English and Chinese.
• Act as the CEO's proxy where appropriate and coordinate cross-functional execution across functions and regions.
• Use AI tools daily to speed up research, analysis, synthesis and document production.
