Job summary

Legend Biotech USA Inc. seeks a Director, CEO Office in Bridgewater, NJ to partner with the CEO and drive the company’s strategic agenda.

You will shape the LT’s priorities, ensure cross-functional alignment, and translate high-level strategy into concrete plans and decisions, spanning R&D to CARVYKTI performance and corporate functions. You will work daily with the CEO and LT, prepare board materials in English and Chinese, and groom leadership through LT offsites and business reviews.

Qualifications

3–6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Engagement Manager level).
Consulting work focused on healthcare, pharma or biotech.
1–2 years of industry experience in pharma or biotech.
Fluent professional English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
Excellent problem-structuring, analytical and executive communication skills.
Solid science background: life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or bioengineering.
Hands-on user of AI tools for analysis and content creation.
Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD or MS) in a life science field, and/or an MBA.
Exposure to oncology, hematology or cell therapy.
Commercial project experience: launch planning, brand strategy, forecasting, market access or sales force effectiveness.
Experience working across the US, China and other global markets.
Experience supporting a CEO or executive team on strategy, planning or transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead development of corporate strategy, long-range plan and annual priorities with CFO and heads of R&D and CARVYKTI.
Frame and solve the CEO's key business questions on growth, pipeline and portfolio prioritization.
Engage with R&D on science, data and development plans behind pipeline decisions.
Translate strategy into objectives and KPIs with Strategy & PMO for execution tracking.
Own LT operating rhythm: agendas, pre-reads, decision logs, follow-ups.
