Job summary

Gee Automotive Companies seeks a strategic and hands-on Manager of Centralized Accounting to lead our centralized operations in Milwaukie, OR. You will drive standardization, build high-performing teams, and partner with executives to deliver accurate financial reporting across multiple dealerships.

In this senior role, you will champion internal controls, streamline month-end closes, and oversee regulatory compliance while supporting growth through automation and integration of acquired stores.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting operations knowledge and processes.
• Experience leading managers, controllers, and accounting teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with CDK and Reynolds & Reynolds systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Centralized Accounting team.
• Establish policies, internal controls, and standard procedures.
• Oversee month-end close and timely financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet accounts and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with executives to drive improvements and automation.
• Support integration of newly acquired dealerships.
