Job summary

Holman is seeking a Manager for the Accounting Department in Vancouver, WA. You will lead an assigned centralized tower, design processes, ensure policy execution, and reinforce a culture of accountability across teams.

Responsibilities include closing readiness, performance metrics, and collaboration with partners to align priorities. Strong leadership and dealership accounting experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance or dealership accounting operations experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred leading supervisors, team leads, or subordinate leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned Centralized Accounting operating tower with design, service levels, policy execution, capacity planning, month-end readiness, and performance.
• Coach supervisors and leads to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
• Develop and maintain leadership career ladders; support supervisors, leads, senior specialists, and progression.
