The role manages a large staff, drives quality and regulatory compliance, and partners with infection prevention teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive CSPD experience and a track record in leadership, budgeting, and policy development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• CRCST certification required when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instrumentation across multiple CSPD locations.
• Establish and enforce departmental policies and procedures in sterile processing.
• Lead staffing, budgeting and engagement initiatives to meet operational goals.
• Collaborate with infection prevention and regulatory departments to ensure compliant practices.
