Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Electrical/Transportation engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive rail transit experience.
• 10+ years supporting CBTC/advanced train control or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering and integration for CBTC and train control programs.
• Oversee architecture, requirements, interfaces, and lifecycle engineering.
• Direct RAMS activities, safety assurance, and compliance with standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and operational readiness across projects.
• Mentor technical leaders and drive innovation within the rail systems practice.
