Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience within Commercial Real Estate.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Track record of handling intra‑day deadlines and long-term projects.
• Experience with ledger entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Experience with money movements and high-volume processing.
• Experience training junior analysts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid in implementing a risk mitigation framework for waterfall administration and lockbox maintenance.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, borrowers, and banks to meet SLAs and improve communication.
• Oversee collaboration with Third Party Vendors and offshore teams to resolve money movement and cash management issues.
• Help enhance procedures and policies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards.
