Job summary

Lehigh County CASA is seeking an administrative and supervisory leader to oversee the CASA program. The role reports to the District Court Administrator, the Deputy Court Administrator, and the Administrative Judge for Juvenile Dependency.

Responsibilities include policy development with National CASA/GAL and CYAN PA, volunteer recruitment and supervision, and preparing court reports. The position also entails training, hearings participation, and interagency collaboration to support dependent

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.
• Must pass Federal, State, and child protection clearance checks.
• Experience in social work and dependency systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CASA program and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Develop policies aligned with National CASA/GAL and CYAN PA guidelines.
• Recruit, screen, and interview prospective CASA volunteers.
• Prepare and review statistical reports for court and agencies.
• Attend hearings with CASA volunteers and debrief post-hearing actions.
• Coordinate 50-hour training program for volunteers and staff.
• Maintain a Crisis Management Plan and engage with interagency groups.
