Job Summary
Senior Logistics Project Manager, with a focus on temperature control, will be responsible for driving account and team growth as well as developing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage transportation and logistics projects for clients, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Prepare and present business reviews to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with customers.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Maintain customer relations through communication and provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Stay proactive in seeking new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and implement them whenever feasible.
- Engage in individual SLAM and LAM reviews, providing coaching and mentorship to direct report LAMs.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks for team members reporting directly to this position.
- Provide weekly updates to management regarding customer activities and issues.
- Assist customers in defining and developing project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Successfully execute all projects assigned by the Logistics Director.
- Collaborate in the development and creation of reports tailored to each customer's specifications.
- Monitor project revenue and costs for effective financial management.
- Address escalated issues or inquiries from direct reports with prompt resolution.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.

- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and quality‑driven.
- Detail- and results‑oriented.
- Team player, exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
- Regular attendance is required.
- Strong leadership skills required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Supply Chain or Transportation preferred) or equivalent experience in the industry.
- 10 years of experience in logistics management preferred, with a focus on temperature‑controlled environments.
