Job summary

Kaweah Health in Visalia, CA seeks an experienced leader to oversee Case Management, Utilization Management, Patient Throughput and Clinical Documentation Improvement. The role directs daily operations, ensures professional practice standards, and collaborates with directors to coordinate staff and patient flow.

The ideal candidate holds CA RN license, advanced degree preferred, 5 years of healthcare management experience and 3 years in case management, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• National certification in Nursing Leadership or Case Management preferred.
• Masters degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for throughput-related care including Case Management and Utilization Management.
• Direct staff accountability for standards of practice and patient care.
• Coordinate with Directors to optimize staff workflow and patient flow.
• Contribute to policy formulation, performance improvement, and cost/resource management.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure alignment with CMS, CDPH and quality standards.
