Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Management - Card Decisioning Platforms to join the Card Decisioning Platforms group. You will lead delivery efforts across cross-functional teams to translate a bold acquisitions vision into practical features and end-to-end customer outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, data science and business partners to shape platform capabilities, write clear acceptance criteria, and drive product roadmaps in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience or related fields.
• 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• 1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery team in executing the product vision for Acquisitions as a service on the Decisioning Platform.
• Work across platforms and organizations to solve complex problems within the decisioning ecosystem.
• Articulate a succinct product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
